Second collaboration with Ramon Filip for the Cannes Film Festival

Today, I am excited to share with you an incredible experience: doing Ramon Filip's makeup for his Cannes Film Festival red carpet. For the second year in a row, I had the honor of stunning this talented fashion designer, this time with a stunning dress from her own Ramon Filip Design collection.
As a professional makeup artist, my goal was to create a sophisticated and elegant look that perfectly complimented Ramon's dress. For this, I used high-end products from Charlotte Tilbury and Makeup by Mario , guaranteeing a flawless and long-lasting result.
Here are the key steps in creating Ramon's makeup:
- Complexion: For a flawless complexion, I used Charlotte Tilbury products to even out and brighten the skin. A light base and subtle highlighter were applied for a natural glowy effect.
- Eyes: The focal point of the makeup was a smoky brown-toned smoky eye, achieved with Makeup by Mario and Charlotte Tilburry palettes. This dramatic and sophisticated look highlighted Ramon’s eyes, creating captivating depth.
- Lips: For the lips, we opted for a slightly matte nude lip, subtle and elegant, which perfectly complemented the smoky eyes.

Sophisticated techniques, mastery of high-quality products and adaptability to different events are essential elements that I teach my students. In addition, we specifically cover makeup for prestigious events such as the Cannes Film Festival, in order to prepare our students to excel in all situations.
Sublimating Ramon Filip for his ascent of the steps at the Cannes Film Festival for the second year in a row was an extraordinary adventure. I am delighted to be able to share this experience with you and to continue to pass on my know-how through my training.
